Description
Bugle phillips head, 1/4 keg
(3500 qty box), black
phosphate midwest.
Drywall screws are designed to
fasten drywall sheet panels to
wood wall framing but are also
used for general purposes.
They have sharp points that
pierce the drywall and a
tapered bugle head that
countersinks easily without
damaging the drywall paper
cover. Trim heads are
available for applications
needing a smaller diameter
head. Drive types include
Phillips, square and star and
are all suitable for power
drivers. Fine thread for hard
woods and coarse thread for
soft provides sufficient
holding power and ease of
driving. A variety of finishes
are available but black
phosphate is typical which
provides some corrosion
resistance.
